Combine a scenic, expertly narrated tour to the summit of the spectacular 10,023-foot high Haleakala with a visit to the unique Iao Needle – located in lush Iao Valley State Park. You will also visit the town of Wailuku, see flower farms and fields of pineapple and sugar cane. Be sure to bring your camera and dress warmly for Haleakala’s summit. The tour includes hotel pickup, continental breakfast, Maui's rain forest and waterfalls, Keanae Peninsula, Wainapanapa State Park (by request only), passing through heavenly Hana town stopping at the Hana Ranch Restaurant for lunch, south Wailua Falls and admission to Haleakala National Park at the Pools O'Ohe'o, Charles Lindbergh's grave, Kaupo Ranch, Maui's last lava flows, Tedeschi Winery (tasting room, Ulupalakua Ranch and Maui's upcountry)...weather permitting. Explore deep, meandering valleys set in the rainforest of the ancient West Maui mountains. Waterfalls cascade from towering cliffs into streams which wind through the valley bottoms. Knife-edged ridges with mist-shrouded peaks separate the spectacular valleys which give Maui its nickname … “The Valley Isle”. (30-minutes flight – Kahului Airport)

A spectacular downhill ride from 10,000 foot elevation of Mt. Haleakala, through switchback turns and countless visual wonders. There are stops along the way to view and photograph the incredible scenery, learn about Haleakala's history and lore. Transportation, mountain guides, Park admission fee, bike and gear included. Hot and cold beverages and muffins at "base camp" included.

Dress warm for the first part of the ride, it can get cold on the mountain. Closed toed shoes, protective eyewear, sunscreen and camera. Riders must be a minimum height of 4'10" and a minimum age of 12-years (reasonable condition). No beginners. No expectant mothers. All riders must sign an acknowledgement of risk and safety form.

ATLANTIS SUBMARINE

The 65-foot, 80-ton submarine will host 46-passengers per trip and will take its guests to depths of up to 150 feet.

Inside the vessel, visitors can look out of huge view-ports and see a tropical, aquatic paradise full of black coral and schools of colorful, exotic fish. The entire excursion lasts approximately 2-hours. Check-in at the Atlantis Ticket Office at Lahaina Harbor slip #18 30-minutes prior to dive time. Seats are released to stand-by passengers at ten to the hour. Round trip transportation not included but may be purchased at an additional cost.
